If your vehicle fails the inspection, you must complete repairs within 10 days of the original inspection.

You will be provided with an Out of Province Vehicle Inspection Certificate and a Record of Inspection, once the vehicle passes the inspection. You must present the Certificate of Inspection to an Alberta Registries Agent within 14 days of the completed inspection.
